PETSc, pronounced PET-see (the S is silent), is a suite of data structures and routines for the scalable (parallel) solution of scientific applications modeled by partial differential equations.
Use the module name petsc to discover versions available and to load the application.
On Beartooth we currently have petsc/3.18.2 (built using gcc/12.2.0 and openmpi/4.1.4) as the highest version installed as this was an explicit version required by MOOSE.
