ARCC Resources use a web based login for several of our services including:

  • Medicinebow OnDemand (Web) interface

  • Gitlab

  • ArcGIS Server(s)

  • Dataverse

This login page should look like the following screenshot:

Logging in with your UWYO account

  1. Enter your UWYO Username and Password in the associated text boxes.

  2. Hit enter, or click the blue “Sign In” button.

  3. Prepare to authenticate with your default two factor authentication method.

  4. After authenticating with 2 factor, you should be successfully logged into your ARCC resource. If you have logged in successfully, you do not need to complete any of the following steps.

Note: Depending on how you have Wyosecure setup, your 2 factor authentication method may be one of several options. If you are unsuccessful authenticating with 2 factor, you will need to determine how Wyosecure is set up for your UWYO account. To determine how your Wyosecure settings are configured, go to https://wyosecure.uwyo.edu, then expand instructions below to follow steps for configuring your Wyosecure settings.

  1. At the Wyosecure login screen, enter your UWYO Username and Password:

  2. Hit the sign in button to continue.

  3. On the left side of the screen, click “My Settings and Devices”

  4. Choose a device from the device dropdown list

  5. Select an authentication method for the device you selected. Depending on your device, there may only be one option:

  1. Authenticate with this two factor method.

  2. You should now see your listed devices. At the bottom is your Default device, and default authentication method. Choose something you’re familiar with. This will be your default 2 factor login method when logging into ARCC resources.

  3. Click the “Save” button to confirm your 2 factor authentication choices.

  4. Go back to the URL for the ARCC resource and re-attempt login from instructions 1-4 above.

Logging in with an arcc-only (non-UWYO) account

The instructions that follow are for users who have already set up their ARCC-Only/Wildiris account. If you have not set up your account, please see this page for instructions on initial ARCC-Only account setup.

  1. Click on the ARCC-Only/Wildiris option. The portal should now look like this:

  1. Log in with your arcc provided Username and the password you created when setting up your ARCC-Only account.

  2. Authenticate with the 2 factor method you set up when creating your account. This will usually be through with one of the following applications:

    1. Duo Mobile

    2. Microsoft Authenticator

    3. Google Authenticator

    4. Free OTP
