Research allocations on Cheyenne, the NCAR Wyoming supercomputer, are available to UW researchers working in eligible research areas. A discussion of the types of allocations along with tips for preparing allocation requests, is available on the NWSC University Allocation page. The next deadline for large allocations will be in early Summer, expect to see the announcement in early May on the UW website: http://www.uwyo.edu/nwsc/allocations/

Here are the details for the next round of Large Allocation Requests for using NWSC:

• Large allocation request submission deadline: June 6^th, 2022 (Monday) by midnight

• Proposed WRAP Review Meeting Dates: June 27^th – 30^th, 2022.

• Proposed Award Date: July 8^th, 2022, with projects starting by August 2022.
