  • FASTX-Toolkit: The FASTX-Toolkit is a collection of command line tools for Short-Reads FASTA/FASTQ files preprocessing.

Using

Use the module name fastx-toolkit to discover versions available and to load the application.

This module is installed with its own version of gnuplot which is required under-the-hood by some of the fastx related scripts.
