Kallisto
Overview
Kallisto: is a program for quantifying abundances of transcripts from bulk and single-cell RNA-Seq data, or more generally of target sequences using high-throughput sequencing reads.
Using
Use the module name kallisto to discover versions available and to load the application.
Multicore
The kallisto application allows you use multiple cores within calls. It provides a number of commands, each which has its own flags. For more information call kallisto <cmd> to see the various options - for example kallisto index details the -t/--threads flags.
