Overview
fastp: A tool designed to provide fast all-in-one preprocessing for FastQ files. This tool is developed in C++ with multithreading supported to afford high performance.
Using
Use the module name amber fastp to discover versions available and to load the application.
Multicore
The fastp command does appear to have a worker thread option using the -w/--thread (defaults to 3). Use fastp --help to find more information.
