Overview

  • NetCDF: Network Common Data Form: is a set of software libraries and machine-independent data formats that support the creation, access, and sharing of array-oriented scientific data.

Using

We currently have modules for netcdf-c and netcdf-cxx4. Use these module names to discover versions available and to load the libraries and to access any utilities.

Multicore

Both libraries have been built with openmpi capabilities.
