Opening Dashboard

Opening Dashboard

Once connected to SouthPass, you’ll see the opening dashboard, which is your central point of navigating around the services.

What we have are a set of Interactive Apps that provide a means for users to launch and connect to interactive batch jobs running through the OnDemand portal. Also note the 'Message of the Day' which will provide details such as when the next scheduled maintenance is.

Also, clicking on the help button in the top right corner will take you to the ARCC wiki page where you can find additional information and examples.

Menu options at the top.

  • ARCC logo: Brings you back to this main dashboard.

  • Files: Provides access to a web-based file explorer that allows the user to remotely interact with the files on the HPC center’s local file system.

  • Jobs:

    • Job Composer: Provides access to a web-based utility for creating and managing batch jobs from templates.
