HISAT2

Overview

HISAT2 is a fast and sensitive alignment program for mapping next-generation sequencing reads (whole-genome, transcriptome, and exome sequencing data) against the general human population (as well as against a single reference genome).

Using

Use the module name hisat2 to discover versions available and to load the application.

Multicore:

The hisat2 command can run across multiple threads using the --threads option.

hisat-genotype

We also provide this related tool as a module: hisat-genotype.

The hisatgenotype command can run across multiple threads using the --threads option.
