Overview

Using
Use the module name proovread to discover versions available and to load the application.
The application, uses blast-plus and samtools, which are automatically loaded as part of this module.
There is also a note that details “proovread comes with its own, modified version of bwa. Using it with a standard bwa built will fail.“ so we recommend not module loading bwa.
Multicore:
The proovread command can be ran with multiple threads, see the proovread --help for more details on the --threads option.
