Overview

  • Jags: Just Another Gibbs Sampler. It is a program for analysis of Bayesian hierarchical models using Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) simulation  not wholly unlike BUGS.

Using

Use the module name jags to discover versions available and to load the application.

Multicore:

The jags eco system (including jags/rjags) does appear to have processes to parallelize pipelines. Due to the domain expertise required to do this, this has not been fully tested.
